Thank you for shopping with MOMO Stickers. We want you to love every part of your order! Please review our return policy below.

🎨 Custom Items

All custom-made or personalized items are final sale and non-refundable. This includes any products that involve personalization, special modifications, or custom requests. Please double-check your order details before confirming, as we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these products.

📦 Standard Items

You may return eligible non-custom items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in original condition: unused, undamaged, unaltered, and with original packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted in advance via info@momostickers.com.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions by email. Please do not send any items back without our approval.

💳 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund (minus any restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@momostickers.com.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.

❗ Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, no explanation needed. Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging included.
